I'm no expert but it looks like the issue is not resolved from this effort. I'm not sure what to do next.

I looked at the failed task and it seems that the files themselves fail their internal md5 checksum - the external one is fine, but a flac -t verification throws "ERROR, MD5 signature mismatch".

Any chance you recently changed your encoder or encoder settings? I'm not sure what causes this kind of problem, and I've definitely never seen it from xACT. What version are you using? What happens when you verify on the checksum tab?

This was encoded with xACT 1.72. I just checked the verification and it passed 100%. Interestingly enough I tried in xACT 1.64 on another computer and track 7 threw up an md5 signature mismatch error. On decode as well. So that is very strange. Do you know if it is only track 7 having the issue internally here?

It's all the tracks, actually. Version 2.07 of xACT is out now though it only runs on 10.6 I believe. I'd check with Scott to see what might be causing that error (email address is on the 'about' tab).

Okay. How can I go about deleting the whole entry then?

I'm sort of skeptical that there is an issue with the FLAC files themselves. I feel like I have been using this build of xACT for a good while (OSX.5.6) and have not had issues. Is there a way to log in via FTP to ensure the files are 100% complete?

There's no FTP access to filesets that have already been uploaded, unfortunately...FTP is for initial upload only. You can delete the files through Edit item > change the files.

I do wonder if the version of FLAC used on the server is now more recent than the version in xACT 1.6x or 1.7x...but if you're on OS X.5.6, you can't run xACT 2.x. Not sure what to tell you, unfortunately.

It must be something else because I have added a few shows in the last few months with my current set up. Oh well.
